The hotel is great pretty specious. Rooms are pretty big especially when your away from home for work. The lady up front name Sam she’s very friendly and kind. She treats the guest good with very good customer service and helps you with what you need.
The overnight front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay here again
I really like this place. I work in the oil patch. Stayed off and on from Oct 2024 thru July 2025. I like the rooms and the way they are set up. However, there have been small items wrong, but the staff got corrected immediately. I love the location of Billy Hext, short drive to do any thing. Out door covered patio, with 2 BBQ pits. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. Can't have everything I guess.
I booked a room with my corporate company for a single king. Got conformation the is was available. Checked in prior to arriving. I confirmed the room again. When I arrived they stated that they didn't have kings available. I dont know what changed or why I didn't get a call after confirming the room twice. Sounds like poor management practices
