Friendly staff and clean rooms. Mattresses were uncomfortable, old with humps in the middle. Stairwells between floors worth filthy And everything just looks tired. Still great location and the staff is very cooperative.
Homie stay with affordable pricing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms provided suite with a well setup kitchenet. Bonus cooking appliance could be borrowed from the lobby as well. Great boardgame collection offered along with fresh beans, fresh brewed coffee (that actually tasted very good)! Gym, outdoor pull with grills, and free laundry machines. The beds are not the softest but the pillows and blankets are. This is by no means a shiny new hotel but was very comfortable, clean, and accommodating.
Other than Google having highlighted free breakfast “which isn’t the case” the stay was great mainly bc staff and front desk were top notch
I had a very pleasant stay at Candlewood Suites in New Braunfels. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed during my visit. A special thank you to the ladies working at check-in on June 6th. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Great customer service can make all the difference, and they definitely made a positive impression on our entrance.
