Staff: great, friendly and talkative. Rooms: huge with great lighting Bed: horrifically bad Pillows: pretty good!
The lady at the front from very friendly and very helpful. We had to check in early and she said no problem. So we checked in several hours earlier than they expected but a room was ready a d waiting for us. That means a lot to us. I will come back again.
We originally got a room at the Microtel in NB and we woke up in the morning to roaches, I called Candlewood to see if we could get in early because we had our dog with us and my sons baby shower was at 1pm. Tasha at the front desk was just the sweetest person ever, she reassured me that she would have the room together by noon and we could check in early. Hospitably was GREAT! Tasha and her coworker are THE BEST!!! Smelled VERY CLEAN!!! Too small of a room for a couple is the only derogatory thing I would say.
