I come often, my son is attending UTI. I love this place. I would give them a 10 star. Alex is the best!
Room was good and comfortable. Currently having a dispute with them regarding what appears to be a extra charges above and beyond what we were originally quoted for our dog. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told there was not one there at the time of our checkout. Guess we'll let Amex duke it put with them.
*This review got a permanently & totally disabled veteran (me) and my disabled 81-yo mom with dementia stay terminated!* The manager of this hotel gives incredibly horrible customer service in every experience I had with her. This includes face to face and via in-hotel phone. I don't enjoy being called a liar (in other words) every time I see or am speaking with someone regarding the services I KNOW ARE NOT being provided. Nice hotel finishing up renovations. Entrance is a little tough with traffic, but its in a safe location close to the interstate with resturants and gas stations all around. Sabrina goes above and beyond for her guests!
We stayed here as a last-minute change since the place we originally booked did not allow dogs. The candlewood suites was pet friendly with a $50 per pet fee. The room was renovated and very nice with a full-size refrigerator cooktop microwave. The hotel areas are still under construction, and there were limited parking spots because the construction blocking access to some of the parking on the side of the building.
