They didn’t had my room that I reserved when I checked in but 2 days later they did move me. Other than that its a decent hotel, being worked on right now and getting some renovations. Its a older hotel but i went it base of it being a IHG hotel and i was expecting to be a certain standard . Both rooms were clean and had everything you will need in kitchen, all by all not a 5 start but for the price i paid i am good with it. Its my first time ad this location. But will stick with my known hotels/locations.

Well maintained. Good team, polite and friendly. Good location. Close to local Grocery store, coffee shops, Courtesy Laundry, gym and fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and a good size refrigerator. Good pricing. Avoid Miami Lakes hotel and Sonesta hotel. They are overpriced and dishonest people. Definitely not as clean or presentable.

This place was definitely a dud, we were not impressed and the only reason we didn’t go to another hotel because it was late and we had an early flight in the morning. The hotel lobby in the comfort of the bed in the room are the only things that stood out in a positive way. The initial service wasn’t bad as well, but once we got to the elevator and headed to the room it felt like simply a rip off. I have been in better rooms in way cheaper, hotels or motels.
