Stopped on our way home. This was the filthiest room I have ever stayed at, congratulations. They did move us to a room that wasn't swept. That was a huge improvement. The crazy thing is that they have a card talking about high levels of cleanliness "Our Clean Promise". What a joke. We contacted the front desk and no one came to the room and when we went down to the front desk about 20 minutes later the manger acted like it was an inconvenience to her. NASTY AND DISGUSTING!! I arrived at the hotel a little too early. The lady at the front desk was able to accommodate me with the room and early check-in… When I got to the room, I saw that it was filthy.. Countertops were sticky, There was a bad smell in the room, The tub was disgusting and badly stained, And the mirror was gross!! I immediately left out of the room and gave the key back to the front desk and let them know that I would not be standing at room and I could wait an hour or two until they would have a clean room... read more
Small kitchen with full size fridge, over, stove. Everything you need. Quiet and clean. Great place!
Well, it was nice because the room is huge and there’s like a full kitchen in the room with two burners a full-size refrigerator. I think it has an oven and there’s no coffee pot in the room and it smells funny. It’s not that clean. The bathroom floor is kind of yucky and they give you one towel two small hand towels yeah the other hotel give you four for one person to give you one like I have really long hair and why does everybody lie about a pool? This hotel was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. It is definitely not worth $93 at all. The pillows had stains on them I was scared to even put my face on the so ended up putting one of my shirts over them so we can sleep. The bathroom had a dirty used towel in the tub where the water comes out of. There was pee on the toilet, and hair in the sink as well as on the floor.
