I stayed at Candlewood suites and I witnesses horrible customer service by an employee who was yelling at a guest when a guest kindly asked her to exit his room because he didn't want service. She insisted on yelling and said " why do you wanna do " he was an older man but the employee is black and she's around 40-50 and she has a scarf on her head. She is very very rude and she would be fired by how she makes guest feel like they want to leave. I will be calling corporate because this is unacceptable….

I stayed at this facility for 9 hours on Saturday night and I have mixed feelings regarding my stay. The first person I spoke with to schedule my stay was very accommodating, professional, and attentive. At check in, the front desk staff was very neutral and seemed drained but I didn’t pay it any mind since we were checking in at 2am. Once we got to our room, the trash was full, kitchen was dirty, bed was clearly slept in and it was easy to see no room service was done. I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The place was dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and the service was extremely poor. Nothing about my stay was comfortable or welcoming. From check-in to check-out, it was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed there over labor day weekend and left sick! The first room we checked into had blood stains on the bed. We then got moved to the second floor in which was dirty and mold was growing in the hair vent to the wall unit. This hotel used to be clean and a great place to stay. Idk what happened but I will not be staying there and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.
