Una atención muy buena y se me olvidó la llave y una señorita que habla español se portó muy amable ( me dijo su nombre pero no sé bien el inglés)ojalá y así fuera siempre en todos los hoteles 10 estrellas

This location is in dire need of renovations. The entire hotel is out-dated and old. I had a stained countertop in the kitchen area, the treadmills did not work in the exercise room. The bathrooms really need updating. The latch on the door did not work. The dishwasher was filthy I would not use it, I washed all my dishes by hand. The location was good and the staff pleasant. I would not come back here and would not recommend to anyone.

Lately I haven't had much luck with hotels, but this place was great. Aerie was super friendly at check in and the room was clean and no issues with noise from other rooms. I more than likely will come back here the next time I'm in town.

I love candlewood usually, however it was very clear they were having ceiling issues even in the lobby. My room had title grout all over the floor. Black mold on the ceiling. And evidence of it been repaired. However there were very big cracks still in the ceiling
