My husband and I are traveling out west hoping to get to California and up the west coast. We stopped in Colorado because our son is here and needed some help. We have been here 3 years now. A rather interesting stay. We got there and the water and elevators were turned off due to leak. The manager was doing his best to handle the situation even with people upset at him. They got it all fixed in like an hr. Other than that it was quiet and clean even with the fans and people working about. When we checked out the manager wanted to check in again and make sure we were happy with the stay I appreciate the attentiveness. Raving fan of this location and the lengths the staff will go to make sure you have a good stay. I booked 3rd party and there was a confusion but they helped me sort it out. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had much more to offer than expected, the kitchenette looks great though i didnt use it. Felt really home-like, i could barely sense any other guests and i wasn't woken up by the morning hustle. Great stay for much needed rest.
The room that was reserved was ready and clean when we arrived. The staff was thoroughly helpful through the sty. From discounts when extending the sty to providing a rice cooker and towels when needed. It's a quiet Hotel that keeps up on maintenance and snow accumulations. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks for a referral for an extended stay or even just for a one time getaway.
