Our room felt like a mini studio.
Front desk manager said I could check in at 9am when I called from North Platte, Nebraska. When I got there a different person said check in time is 1pm for early check-ins. The only reason I left Nebraska so early was because I was guaranteed to check in. They refused a waiver on hotels.com for the refund despite their own employees fault!

Still no maids to clean the room. I was told by the front desk the room would be cleaned up today. It didn't happen again They need to higher maids and clean all of the rooms on a regular basis especially for the long term residents. And when they have companies come in for repairs or maintenance. The companies and motel need to respect that the long term residents will be working and most have pests so they need to work with the residents to set up a good day
