Während einer USA reise hatte ich in diesem Hotel nah bei denver ein Zimmer gebucht. Beim ersten Mal wurde meine Kreditkarte scheinbar abgewiesen, daher habe ich es noch einmal probiert mit dem Resultat dass ich eine Doppelbuchung hatte. Eine kurze Nachricht an das Hotel und das eine Zimmer wurde storniert, obwohl ich "No refund" gebucht hatte. Danke, Renee! First, the customer service is top notch and the night clerk was great and went out of his way!! When making the reservation we did not realize the area was iffy and with the dim lighting and questionable people around, we did not feel terrific about staying or safe. The rooms were clean and average tho my friend had to move due to bad smells (reading past reviews there had been some big issues). We left first thing in the morning.
