Trying to sleep is not an option. Called cooperate and front desk about a dog that has been barking FOR HOURS CONSISTENTLY. There seems to be two dogs on the floor. When one starts the other starts. its 10 o'clock at night and all I want to do is sleep in peace. Ill be canceling up coming stays. Oooh yeah. The room smells like it was cleaned with dirty mop water. It smells disgusting. Won't be staying here again. OCTOBER 3, 2026 .... 10:19PM!!!
I was having a horrible day with another hotel and was very frustrated. Let me tell you the staff at this location Las Colinas Irving were amazing!! Ebony calmed me down and assured me that everything would be good. I am so happy the other place didn't work out. Now I'm home...for awhile.
Great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was really nice and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
Honestly had a better stay than I expected. The room was comfortable, the kitchen came in handy, and everything I needed was close by. The staff was friendly every time I came through the lobby and always spoke or asked if I needed anything. It felt more relaxed than a regular hotel, especially for a longer stay. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the Irving area.
