Friendly Hotel There.
Don’t fall for the double deposit , my family and I had a very horable experiance they charge us double deposit and get claim they would send it back when booking ended .. and they never did when we confronted them staff claim another staff deleted our card from system and he took the deposit , when we called he cops they switch up really quick and said that we never made a deposit but proof is always a great way to expose them , people from another country plz be careful they do this because they khnow our time is valuable ... read more

I have never stayed in such an unpleasant, dirty, and disrespectful hotel in my life. 1. I booked one week through Hotels.com and another week through Trip.com. In principle, housekeeping should have been provided today. However, I was told that housekeeping is only done once every 14 days, which is completely absurd. When I explained that housekeeping should be provided today according to standard practice, I was then told that housekeeping cannot be done after 4 PM, which is another completely unacceptable excuse. 2. You get what you pay for, got a special for this suite that has a burner to cook, grill outside, free laundry. The smell in this place is definitely a thing. Avoid the stairwells where trash cans are kept for each floor. The room is decent but a foam mattress was different. My AC smelled and had to constantly spray deodorize. No restroom fan extractor. Grill had no gas and was disgusting.
