I’m pretty sure 102 had bed bugs
I think the location is nice hidden away, but what caught my eye was that there were babies behind the lobby desk, very unprofessional. Also, I felt unsafe because I didn’t know who the housekeepers are none of them were in uniform.
Update from recent stay, week of 8/18/25: I originally reviewed Candlewood a year ago. Update as of my most recent stay a-room rating to 2 stars. I was sad to say this hotel seems to have gone down on the cleanliness factor. I dont expect the room to have to go through the white glove treatment, but the bathroom and kitchen floor was filthy. This hotel was very nice and so clean. The staff always greeted us when we came in and were always very helpful. I totally recommend this place
July 19, 2025 around 9pm. Ask the front desk receptionist to fix the coffee machine in the lobby. He told me and my wife there is coffee in our room. He refused to fix the coffee machine in the lobby. He told us it would take a very long time. He was very rude and unprofessional. Fire this guy! And hire someone that will enhance your business not hurt it.
