ZERO Stars out of 5. This hotel is utilized as a "weekly stay" for local people. There are people roaming the halls yelling on their phones, letting their toddlers run free in the hallways, and banging on doors at 2am in the morning. There were definitely people coming and going from rooms that were not staying there. Safety is nil. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear everything from the hallway in your suite. I stayed there last night as I had a meeting south of Boston. The room and everything was great, however housekeeping started knocking on my door at 9am and about every half hour until someone actually used a key to open the door at 1130 and walked in. They said, "oops, you were supposed to be out of here already". Check out is 12pm. When I brought it up to the front desk staff that this shouldn't have happened, they couldnt seem to care less. Very disappointing for 180 bucks a night!
The hotel charged our card an extra $100 dollars without notifying us. Then when we called the lady was rude and told me there was a sign in the lobby that stated the policy. I will never stay there again.
