This place has gone way down hill. People knocking on your door at 4am, no hot water, extra charges, no one has cleaned this room in over a week. I can keep going. Stay somewhere else, I will be.
DON'T STAY HERE!!! Building looks new on the outside but old on the inside: door knobs falling off; bathroom automatically locks because door knob is old and moves on its own to the lock position; elevator sounds like a 90-year-old man which can be scary; the coffee station in the lobby is lacking and messy; the bed is not comfortable at all and my pillows were old and flat; pots and pans not matching and I could not find a lid to match the pot. they have ants and they will not automatically give you your reward points, they make you beg for them and i begged too late so after 10 months of stay no points! should be a shamed of yourselves, ALSO the front desk walked right into my room while i was naked, with a new guest as if they didn't know i was in there smh
