This was one of my best stays being this is my first time staying with this brand. The staff was very cordial and courteous and I love, love my room. I sent the hotel link to a few of my friends. And will be booking again on my next stay here in Annapolis
I WISH I would've read these real reviews before I booked here! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND STATE, ASAP!!! Bloody linen, hair and dirt on the towels. Bathrooms not properly cleaned, nor bed pillowcases changed. Food stains on the pillowcases from pervious guests. Crumbs on the table from previous guests. Plumbing leakages GALORE. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This is by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at with the most ignorant employees who get annoyed when they have to do their job. If you want to make multiple trips to the front desk because your room has no towels, no toilet paper, and no essentials from the beginning this is definitely the hotel for you. The room was clean and spacious! The front desk associate was amazing with my checkin. The area is quiet. Close to shopping and various restaurants!
This was a weekend trip with my Bea for Valentines day. The room and accommodations were clean and well kept. We'll come back again.
