Perfect place to stay
I really enjoyed the stay here and the service was impeccable.
Incredibly loud hotel. The staff spent two hours with a sawz-all and a hammer in the room next door from 8-10pm. There is no sound dampening in the door or wall to the hallway either. I’m a diamond member, have stayed a dozens of Hiltons over the years, this is the loudest even without the late night hammering.
Front desk staff is amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot rate anyone else because those are the only interactions I had . However, better attention needs to be given to stationary toiletries such as the full size shampoos and conditioners that are almost always empty when I check in and since they no longer provide the individual ones, it is very inconvenient.
