We stayed at this hotel after a long travel day and specifically paid extra to upgrade our room for a more comfortable experience. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly from check-in. When we entered our upgraded room, the temperature was already 78°F and the AC was not working at all. Called the front desk, but no one answered. Went downstairs and staff contacted maintenance. Great service, clean rooms and stellar location! Kudos to Miratina at the Front Desk! She not only helped me online via the app chat but also in person when I arrived. Stayed here for a few days before a cruise. Tried for an early check-in and my room wasn’t quite ready. Miratina not only held my luggage until it arrived but also promptly advised me once my room was ready. The hotel is conveniently located between Pier 66 and Pier 91 for cruise ship passengers.
