Dr. Anita Jogewar called me from the doorway of her office down the hall didn't bother to come to the waiting area didn't hear her over the vacuum cleaner. I found her rude, arrogant, with no compassion at all. When I asked another question she said "you have had your 2 questions" and I couldn't ask anymore questions. A consult is 10 mins I was in there less than 5 mins, she had plenty of time to answer another question. This doctor needs to be re-trained in people skills or get another career.
The receptionists were lovely however Dr Anita Jogewar was rude, arrogant and judgemental. I have not been to this facility for a few years as it is not local to me and I did not use to book my own appointments as I was a minor. I went in ready to be helped and left feeling judged and dismissed for not knowing the name of a cream and having been to another practice. I have been attending this practice for years, mostly for skin checks and skin cancer removals but for other things too, and have always enjoyed excellent service from doctors and admin staff. Lately, I’ve been seeing Dr Shafiq. She is superb.
Dr. Anita Jogewar is one of the most compassionate and dedicated doctors I’ve met. She listens carefully, explains every detail clearly, and ensures her patients feel comfortable and cared for. Her professionalism and warm nature make every visit stress-free. I truly appreciate her kindness and expertise — highly recommended! Thankyou so much Doctor for being there for us.
