Extraordinary Rentals I have lived in Candlewood for over two years and could not be more happy with services rendered. They are always prompt to attend to repairs that need to be made and when I moved in it was very clean. The grounds are well maintained and the neighborhood is a safe quiet place for anyone looking to rent.
No regrets!!!!!!! We have lived in Candlewood for eight months with no regrets. The community is very well kept and very quite. Like home! Candlewood is ideal for anyone looking for a nice clean neighborhood. It feels like you are living in your own house and you can even grill out back. The management company does the yard work and takes care of any repairs promptly.
Do not rent here!! I had a very difficult time getting repairs made and I pay rent on time. I went 8 months with no microwave! When it was 105 degrees, I waited two days for air conditioner to be repaired and they never ever got back with me. I had to have it fixed at my own expense. I waited two years for a light fixture to be repaired. When I moved in there were cigarette burns all over the vinyl and carpet and I had to pay for carpet when I left that I did not damage!!! Don't even think about living here. The people in th... read more
