When I signed up in 2023 I wasn't allowed to pay a security deposit. This place was (and still is to my knowledge) using Jetty to do a monthly payment in lieu of a security deposit. Well, by that fact alone, when you leave you will be placed into collections. This place does utilities in arrears, meaning they charge you for utility usage calculations from 3 months ago (water, trash, sewage, etc.) Well when you leave, they all of a sudden know what to charge you for the actual last 3 months of your lease.
