Would not recommend! Not to mention you have Quincy the leasing agent who works in the office doing his own reviews😩
If it were possible, I would rate this apartment complex and Asset Living, the property management company, with zero stars. The management here is the poorest I've experienced at any apartment complex. Over two months have passed since my move-out, yet my security deposit has not been returned, despite a 71-day notice and a damage-free inspection upon departure. My financé and I have lived at Summit Kings Mill for over a year now, and we love it here. The property itself is laid out nicely, parking is easy to come by and in a great location for shopping, dining and attractions. It’s also overall a quiet neighborhood. Property management recently changed, and the new Assistant Property Manager, Quincy, is a delight.
