I enjoy living here, it's very peaceful. I have an apartment that backs up to the woods, and it feels secluded, even though you are surrounded by other units. The office staff are always there to help you with any concerns you may have. Nicole, the property manager, is very easy going, friendly, and easy to talk to. My husband and I have been living at the complex for almost six years. We’ve seen a lot of management come and go, but Mr. Quincy is the best property manager we’ve ever had! He is friendly, efficient, and cares about the people in this community more than anyone we’ve had in the past. He’s made living here the best it’s ever been!
I am writing this unfortunate review after being a RESIDENT for 8 years. Property management is hardly here and parking has become a royal joke. The property manager tells residents things to make it seem as though she knows what is going on to blow smoke and get people out of the office. I am a resident and appreciate respect when addressing concerns. There is a sign on the property that says towing enforced but is not and has not been for years.
