You will be nickle and dimes, forced to pay for services you don't need nor want, or have your living experience worsened as the parent company invents problems to sell you the solution. Case and point: now there are "reserved parking slots", creating artificial scarcity where there should be none.
When I signed up in 2023 I wasn't allowed to pay a security deposit. This place was (and still is to my knowledge) using Jetty to do a monthly payment in lieu of a security deposit. Well, by that fact alone, when you leave you will be placed into collections. This place does utilities in arrears, meaning they charge you for utility usage calculations from 3 months ago (water, trash, sewage, etc.) Well when you leave, they all of a sudden know what to charge you for the actual last 3 months of your lease. I enjoy living here, it's very peaceful. I have an apartment that backs up to the woods, and it feels secluded, even though you are surrounded by other units. The office staff are always there to help you with any concerns you may have. Nicole, the property manager, is very easy going, friendly, and easy to talk to. Quincy, the leasing manager, will go above and beyond to meet your needs. He is so kind and considerate and truly cares about the residents and the property.
