Great place to call home. Love the location and the size of the apartments
Lived here for 3 years and it was the worst experience ever. Couldn’t get things fixed in the apartment (was asking for 1 yr)they only started fixing things after we decided to move out/ the pool was NEVER open for the summer/ the office manager always has an excuse to why things weren’t fixed after move out the I was told I was getting a small refund from my deposit NEVER RECEIVED IT. When I signed up in 2023 I wasn't allowed to pay a security deposit. This place was (and still is to my knowledge) using Jetty to do a monthly payment in lieu of a security deposit. Well, by that fact alone, when you leave you will be placed into collections. This place does utilities in arrears, meaning they charge you for utility usage calculations from 3 months ago (water, trash, sewage, etc.) Well when you leave, they all of a sudden know what to charge you for the actual last 3 months of your lease.
