While I was not able to find an apartment to rent at this time, Lana was very kind and helpful. She shared great information and made me feel comfortable.
Boyfriend and I toured this place. Hole in the parking lot put a dent in rim which is being replaced next week and even though the parking lot looks like it was painted recently it is super bumpy. My tire went flat 20mins later btw. The apartment we viewed was okay i guess. Every door had a draft to where you could literally feel air rushing and the shower looked like it needed to be replaced desperately. So many better options in Rapid City and surrounding areas. Too expensive for the age of the building and lack of maintenance. Lana is amazing. She is great in the office and you can tell she clearly cares about the residents and listens, but dont bother with Renee. She was unprofessional and condescending. Washers and Dryers constantly break and take weeks to fix. Water pressure has been unusable for more than a month. Took 3 weeks in the dead of summer to have my a/c fixed/replaced. My fridge wasn’t working. The guy came over and fixed the problem with a new fridge. I’m very happy how fast they were on top of it.
