I really hope they didn’t take much from the previous tenant’s deposit, because they did not fix any holes in the wall or change the kitchen lightbulb. They didn’t do much cleaning of the floors either. But Lana at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Edit: I don’t mind the state the place was in when we got it. Just don’t you dare charge people for damages and then don’t fix them. That sort of thing will not be coming out of my deposit when I leave. They also charge way too much for pet fees.
