This is my home I’m grateful for my home at Hillwood Apartments. It is convenient clean and repairs are made in a timely manner. The management treats me with kindness. Don’t believe the hype this is a comfort place.
Stay Away!!! Bed bugs! Horrible management! Mold! This place is a nightmare, please stay far, far away!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND The management is very unprofessional. There are constant problems with the apartments and when asked to fix, it takes more than a month to do so. Managment says there is security here but unfortunatly that doesn't mean anything when cars get broken into, cops show up almost every weekend, and kids cant feel safe playing in the neighborhood. Great living Homewood heights is a great place to stay! the staff is very friendly and very efficient when it comes down to your living arrangements! They always come within 24 hours to handle your maintenance issue! you only have one man running the show and he knows all of his residents!!Josh and the staff here is Great!!!!
Great management nice place to live I lived in altitude for a year and it was rough at first but then they got me management. And I can say tanner is the best manager I've ever had. I moved out just because I wanted a washer and dryer in my apartment. If it weren't for that I'd still be there. But right before I moved out my pet did some damage to the carpet. Roach Haven The apartment that I rent is Roach infested. I have not been living here long and I truly regret living here. Don't move here unless you like unwanted and uninvited guest living in your apartment.
Infested The apartments are infested with roaches and mold. They do not take care of the inside of the apartments at all they just worry about making the outside looking nice.
Great apartment for the price I've been living here 2.5 years and intend to continue living here. You can't beat the price for the area and apartment size. It's an older, no frills complex but there's good that comes with that too. For example, I don't have to run my AC or heat constantly because the brick building and new windows (replaced for entire complex in 2015) are not drafty at all. Great place to live I have been here for 2 months now and absolutely love it. All apartments are in the process of getting completely renovated with new appliances and everything. We have had a few minor maintenance issues but nothing too serious and the maintenance people are usually quick to come fix it. The manager, Josh, is very helpful and personable and has been a big help. The complex is also very quiet and the only noise I can hear from the neighbors is their front door opening and closing.
