Bad management!!!!! The Gatsby at midtown was the worst apartment I ever stayed at. Leaks in the master bedroom for 1years ,daughter room leaks every time it rains kitchen sink always stopped up from the unit above me with gease. Property Manager is horrible I advise anyone do not move out there I stayed out there from 2022 til 2024.
Awful People outside all the time, they have shootings, when you report something going on, just know nothing is going to be done about it….they jack the rent up without any renovation; only the new tenants get a renovated apartment to sucker them in…do not move your family here!
MIXED EMOTIONS The place was okay, wasnt like the pictures shown. Door in bathroom was split halfway an wasn’t completely on the door hinges. There was a huge hole in the corner of one of my wall and Hair was clogged in the drain of the shower to where the water would barely go down. Cabinet was broken when I first got there. Tried to heat some food in the oven on 350 a something popped and my oven didn’t heat properly after that ( 1 week after I moved in). Could hear everything from my upstairs neighbors. Horrible The office staff and maintenance ignore you request, I am so ready to move. My sink has been leaking for the almost two years that I’ve lived here. I would NEVER recommend!
No.. Just no. Ready to move-in apartment was disgusting. Ashes and debris in the kitchen sink. Debris in the bath tub. Refused to sign the lease. Still waiting (30+ days so far) for a return of my deposit.)
Messy Worst place to LIVE. Staff are unprofessional they have people to watch you and to be messy. They make up ridiculous lies for no reason. Maintenance are poorly and noisy.
Horrible Eastdale Apartments is horrible. The staff in the office do not care. The maintenance workers are nosey and do not know when to back off. A friend of mine had a problem with one of the maintenance men when we lived there. The people in the office lie about things. Just awful.
A Great Place yo Stay I have lived in Eastdale Apt for almost 2 years and it is a great place to stay. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly and the manger Rodrika is always ready to assist and also helpful with anything you need. I recommend anyone who looking for a place to live come to Eastdale and make it your home!!??
Good place to live I live in Eastdale Apartments, and I love living out there. The neighborhood is friendly the staff is very friendly and understanding. Rodrica is a very sweet, and professional person she goes out her way to help you. Despite what went on out there, it can happen anywhere. It’s affordable and comfortable I’ll recommend anyone to move out there. I so love Rodrica.
