Dont rent here this complex is unsafe gated commuity but too many people from the outside come in start last weekend their was drive by shooting in parking lot.The lack of lighting in parking lot and apartment complex.All apartment have a cockroach infestation you see roaches crawl out and about during daylights hours.Many of tenants complanted to manager. manager say life with it and never sprayed. the laundry room have mold on the floor and the walls.Take the manager six months to year to make repairs.Went do make repairs ... read more
These apartments are unsafe I kept telling the manager to replace fire extiguisher. I had an fire accident which caused me to loose a portion of my left ear, all my hair,and I needed a skin graft done on a portion of my back.I went to grab the extiguisher but it was empty in result I have third degree burns and a nightmere that will never go away. A month went by and they still didnt replace it. DONT RISK IT. It could have be you.
