My Appt. Was cancelled again as usual by the infusion center. I had to scramble to make sure that they had the orders and materials the needed the morning before my shot. (Which they already had and hadn’t throughly looked for or read). They work harder to not give me the shot than to work with me to get it. I have called a week in advance each time to make sure my appointment is happening, only to get a call the day before that my appointment is cancelled. Great Hospital
Dr. Mandel was excellent as always. Answered all questions and advised of path to full recovery.
I’m sitting with my daughter in the emergency room right now. She is in severe pain and has been here for 2 hours already begging for help. The staff is totally unconcerned about her situation or well being. The staff at the counter are having a big time laughing and joking with each other, doing their hair, and playing on their phones. I do have videos. This is the worst care I could ever imagine.
