She is very thorough friendly and professional.
I would recommend to everyone ...problem is she's retiring. ...she was very compassionate, listened to you and made sure you got the help you needed I'm going to miss her very much and won't find a doctor like her.
Went for problems she sent me for blood work never scheduled a follow up and still have no knowledge of what the test results are. Sent me a bill just to say she did what nothing but write some blood work orders that she had no intention of following up on been almost a year still cannot get results from her don't waste your time. Office is a wreck might be a professional as a fea market walking you have no doubt you have wasted money and a trip.
Dr. Chandler was presise, and made things easy to understand. So happy she is my neurologist. She has directed me to the right resources to help me go on the correct direction
Absolutely adore Dr. Carissa Candler. She takes time to listen to patients and treats with utmost care. Had to see her urgently on walk-in basis a few times which wasn't a problem at all. She is accessible, accountable, and seems to care immensely about her patients. Her office staff is amazing. I've never encountered a more pleasant reception experience in another physician's office. They're concerned and accomodative when a patient isn't feeling well. Dr. C is a rarity among specialists.
I've been seeing this doctor for almost 4 years now. Her receptionist is always rude whenever I call to make an appointment. Anytime I send a refill request through my pharmacy I always have to call and follow up because she claims she didn't get it. This most recent time she flat out lied to me because when I asked which pharmacy she was sending it to, she told me the correct one, which I've never used before and she would not have known had she not been looking at the fax. Office is a joke.
