Don't try and rent here , they are horrible and unprofessional people, took advantage of an elderly lady who just did application and 50 application fee , was told she had to put 900 deposit on the soon to be empty apartment, to hold it for her so no one else good get it , scam . Took her check and cashed it, and now no apartment and won't give her back her 900 dollars , you should be ashamed!! Karma is coming lady
Do NOT rent from Candlelight Villas. Sherri and Sabrina STOLE my $600 security deposit, slandered me, and refuse to give my $600 back. I had to contact Better Business Bureau, and I'm STILL fighting to get my $600 back. You've been warned, these women are LIARS.
They stated they accepted dogs as long as you picked up after them. During the subzero winter I tied her just outside the door and would pick it up. The mail lady came with certified letter, the dog was on step and it apparently scared her even though I got her inside. She must of complained because the Super came banging, yelling, pointing his finger and threatened to evict me if I didn't get rid of my dog! She ended up at the pound. I miss her everyday!!
