I lived at this complex for 7-8ish years. When I first moved in, it wasn't too bad. Rent was $500 for a one bedroom, there was a clean pool, my neighbors were relatively quiet. If I had written this review halfway through my stay it may have been more positive. However, once they switched property management companies everything went down hill. Y I K E S!!!!! Wow! Some of the WORST most unpleasant people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I will be genuinely telling anyone & everyone who can listen to me DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!! The owners of this place is very disrespectful and rude. They don't give warnings they just give you a eviction notice saying all this stuff but "hey if you would of sad something bout my husband motorcycle being loud I'm sure he could of pushed it to raod and went from there and there was other dumb reasons on the eviction paper. , we got a lawyer and couldn't do anything cause it was all wrong how they went bout it "and of course no renter rights in Arkansas " the only thing good about us getting a lawyer was we got 40 ext... read more
I’ve really enjoyed staying here. It’s affordable, quiet, and I haven’t had any issues so far. Maintenance is surprisingly quick and helpful. I’ve had them come fix minor things the same day, and they completely replaced my dishwasher within the week. I mean yes, the apartments are very dated and desperately need new carpet and a fresh coat of paint, but I don’t really feel like complaining because of the price point. As long as they don’t raise rent I’ll keep staying here. Really good value.
