Maintenance only take care of their people's problems and then go tell on anybody else. Management is the worst. WORST.. You are nobody to them and they'll tell you that to your face.
The apartment manager is a very friendly, respectable lady. It sounds to me like you were not following the rules or may not have qualified for an apartment at the community. I have never heard anything bad about her. Many of people have told me to move there and I have visited the beautiful community. I would be honored to live there.
I am moving this month after living here 3 years. Me and my finance just bought a house in liverpool but were so happy at candlelight lane and will miss a lot of things (like the pool!). Staff was really nice and wanted to work with you so you felt like it was home. even let you paint the walls colors you want which was cool. if there was any problems they fixed them fast and even when a terrible noisy teanet moved above me, they evicted them. i moved in 6 months ago and really like it a lot there are lots of familys but not lots of noise i feel good with letting my kids play outside with the neighbors. the office staff is nice and like like to spend time with their residents, their always throwing parties at the pool or office and they dont have that hole "better than you" mindset. maintenence staff is good to. their nice and keep thins working good. i also like that i can walk to things like wegmans and riteaid and the schools are close too.

The only reason this place is getting 1 star is b/c I couldn't give it a lesser mark, As others said the staff act like they "care" about your problems however bottom line is if you move here you can expect to have your complaints go unheard deal with ignorant and untrained maintenance men who do more damage then repair. You can expect to deal with OBNOXIOUS neighbors who let their children run around w/o supervision and leave everything from clothing to broken toys and trash laying EVERYWHERE!!
