I love it over I'm from Miami
Shaun with the Maintenance team was here almost as soon as I got off the phone with the office regarding my AC leaking. This was around 5:50 which is close to quitting hours, so I was not expecting him. However, he came ASAP and saved the day and my AC. No issues with any leaks since! Thanks Shaun!!!

If I could give negative stars I would!! These apartments are TRASH. The management suck, the maintenance men have poor skills and will lie RIGHT TO YOUR FACE and tell you they will be right back to fix the problem/PROBLEMS and NEVER will show back up to fix the problem/PROBLEMS. DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE LOOKS FOOL YOU, these apartments are infested with ROACHES, FLEES, MOLD/MILDEW. Flees are everywhere because everyone have their dogs OFF the leash and POOP be EVERYWHERE.
