It maybe a good place to raise a family, that is if you have perfect credit..the ppl who manage the park, wait until I am there for 3 months then run a credit check on me and say that I have 2 weeks to leave because my credit is bad. As long as I am paying my lot rent, why does this matter? When I live next to someone that was convicted of murder, yes, they served their time, but they meet this so called criteria for living here. Get real. Ā
I highly recommend you dont rent here! If you do please make sure you check the air conditioner unit vents/ hear vents and ducts for inside of home for: MOLD-FILTH-MOISTURE and DAMAGED FIBERGLASS INSULATION IN THOSE VENTS WHICH WILL MAKE YOU EXTREMELY And DANGEROUSLY ILL! This was a nice park. The managers don't do anything. Trees have not been trimmed In 2 years. They clean around club house but no where else. Street lights out all over park. This place needs new managers bad. Ā
