Candlelight Cabinetry has become a complete nightmare to deal with. We were a dealer with them for years, and everything went downhill after the new owner took over. We have three separate customer orders tied up in this mess. One was delivered only halfway, leaving a client with half a kitchen. Another was delayed month after month with excuse after excuse. Quality after 60 days is very concerning. The finish chips very easily. I have 4 doors that arrived damaged and still waiting on the factory to send new doors. I would look for another brand given the challenges this company has with quality and service.
If I can give zero stars I would. I’m a kitchen dealer and I’ve been dealing with Candlelight Cabinetry since 2008 it was a great, beautiful line UNTIL THE NEW OWNER took over. He destroyed it! I have money locked up with them. I kept hearing “the doors are on back order” or “we don’t have a ship date yet” Same old story for months. Then I was told the cabinets are ready but I need to send a truck there for $3k and they claim will reimburse me. This company used to provide a quality product. Now, I am going to warn everyone do NOT give them your money. They are taking deposits and money and not providing product They took a deposit from our company. When we try to cancel, the owner lied and said the material has been purchased. When asked to provide proof of purchase, there is nothing but passive aggressive insults from him. This man has stolen from us and refuses to refund the money.
