Steals from their dealers. Sent thousands of dollars to them and got zero products and zero refunds. But they claim they have “new ownership” and can’t do anything to rectify the situation except for give discounts for new orders. Don’t trust them.
We purchased Candlelight cabinets for a kitchen renovation in 2025. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding. Lonnie (our designer) created the perfect kitchen for us – blending functionality with aesthetics. We chose a painted finish in Designer’s White. The finish is durable and flawless, with no signs of chipping or wear. We are very happy with our Candlelight cabinets and the excellent customer service!
I am a kitchen Designer in NH. I just received my first kitchen after the new ownership. I was having trouble getting the kitchen from another cabinet line, but Candlelight took great care of me and everything came is just as ordered before I needed it. I will definitely order again. They seem to be coming back stronger.
Our garbage can drawer broke! Our kitchen is less than 2 years old. We called Candlelight because our kitchen place is no longer open. Within 24 hours they had someone out here and all fixed! It was simple, easy, and amazing service! Thank you!!
