The majority of my new cabinets have flaws in the finish, doors with large gaps, and other various imperfections. I've called and emailed multiple times, and the answer I get is that they don't deal directly with homeowners. My contractor says he's unable to fix the cabinets and every time he orders something, they send the wrong thing. I've never dealt with a business so disinterested in customer service.
I've been a vendor with Candlelight for over 3 years. We've never had any issues however, that has recently changed. Lead times are upwards of 18+ weeks which is made worse by the fact that they do not communicate well. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Then if you manage to get someone they give you the runaround, "I'll call you back," "I'm looking into that now," etc. It's like the staff has been trained to give misinformation. We are 6 months into our kitchen order and still lack the complete cabinets. Poor communication, poor price transparency. I wouldn't recommend and I don't ever write reviews like this.
Poorly finished. Not even installed for a year and already spots of paint coming off. Called them and they’re blaming the cleaning I do. I almost never have to clean them. Very bad company.
