I unfortunately cannot recommend living here if you have pets. We know two other individuals who also lived here with pets and had this same experience. We were charged thousands of dollars to replace a carpet that had no urine damage, but because there were some stains only visible under black light, they claimed that they had to replace the carpets entirely. I've been living here, for nearly three years now. While these are nice townhomes, two stars were removed, for the ever increasing rent! I can't believe it! Before the pandemic, the rates were steady and stable, but now, they keep upping the rent each year, due to inflation. The good part, is that maintenance is on top of any repairs, that are needed. It's a safe and quiet place here at Beaver Creek.
