Staff were very friendly, I am normally shy and a little anxious but I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. My appointment went extremely smooth and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I highly recommend this location!
I had my pics taken to be evaluated but the specialist Leem wasn't able to take all the pics the first time so I had to put the plastic piece again which helps to open your mouth completely to take pics. My lower gums are all scratched up from it and I can't eat anything. It's been 2 days and they still hurt. There has to be a better way to do that then to put a plastic thing that is hard on your gums!
Melanie was awesome. She explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I’m excited about the journey ahead.
