We have trusted Tina for more than 10 years. She found the perfect rental space to found our business. When we were ready to purchase a space for our business she came through again with the perfect spot. When the time came to sell the property she amazed us again by negotiating a fast sale at a price we were very pleased with. Tina’s knowledge and professionalism are unparalleled, and we highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
Tina was awesome and so accommodating when we were moving out. I miss having her as a property manager!
Overall they were good to me and Tina was amazing and communicated well BUT I do have one complaint. When I moved out I got charged $50 to have a shelf removed from the storage unit, my problem is the shelf was there when I moved in, I didn’t even know it could be removed, I thought it was attached to the wall. When I pointed this out I was asked “did you note that the shelf was here when you moved in”… like no, I only noted damages and potential problems with the home like a normal person, I’m not going to list all the shel... read more

If you need a realtor, Tina is definitely the realtor to go with! We set an appointment to meet at the property at 9 a.m. and she was very punctual and extremely professional. We did a walk-through on the property and she asked if I had any questions she was very thorough. She also was very attentive and asked if I had any questions or other concerns.
