I saw Dr Yip on 11/19/25 about my voice getting hoarse She was kind & very professional she explained what she was going to do which was putting a camera up my nose & down my throat so she could look at my vocal cords it was painless I would recommend her to my friends

My husband is a physician and this is the ENT office that physicians in Las Vegas go to when they need an ENT. Horrible bedside manner. No information given on how to deal with my symptoms only told if keeps happening I need surgery.

I have had the most awful experience with this office. Not Dr. Candice Yip herself. But scheduling surgery. I have been rescheduled THREE TIMES. The first time was reschedule 2 weeks before surgery due to the doctor not being available. I had taken time off of work. So it was a bit of an inconvenience, as I had to adjust my schedule so that I would not be without income for 2 weeks. That's fine, but why did they schedule her surgeries if she wasn't available??
