Super disappointed in Candice. She works for virtuwell and I have a horrible sinus infection. My husband is traveling and I’m home alone with 3 kids. All I need is an antibiotic and she won’t prescribe one. She says I should wait and suffer then go to urgent care. Why are you working for Virtuwell if you just send people to urgent care? I will haul kids to urgent care to wait for hours and risk all them getting sick just for an antibiotic. It defeats the whole purpose of Virtuwell.
