I am in the military and I moved into one of the properties through this realtor and the house was not even clean when I moved in. I physically cleaned the house myself because it was not clean for my children to live in. When I moved out, I left the house nicer than what it was when I moved in. I was not able to be present for my move out inspection because of military PCS.
