100% missed DX. Discharged vomiting sick w/Dr at UF Health. Did not call for follow up apt and we had to call to discuss. DX was Pinched Cervical Nerves w/ nerve root cysts followed by multiple bulging disc. Pressure on Vocal Cords also. Dr Riggeal was trying to force a Psychiatric DX instead of Neuro Physical DX. Never performed a Neuro Physical intake and saw the neuro symptoms in her office !
My wife is a patient of Dr Riggeal. She thinks she's a great Dr and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. On the Google map page they mistakenly have her listed as a Urologist. Unless she has a duel practice she is actually a neurologist. and an excellent one.
