I loved Dr. Yuvienco. She’s is the most caring and gentle doctor ever. I was sad to learn that she moved from Family health care network to the VA. Now I have a new rheumatologist and she isn’t great at all.
Dr Reyes (Yuvienco) is one of the most knowledgable, thorough, caring physicians I have ever encountered. I have moved out of state and just called in to request medical records for my new rheumatologist, whom I have not yet met. I am hoping that she is as professional and caring person. Dr. Reyes (Yuvienco) set the standard that I am looking for in a physician.
Horrible practice. Takes leaves at the worst time considerable to patients causes reoccurring problems that do not get handle.
I have been a patient here for about 2 years. Not once have I made an appointment and been seen that day. They cancel them every single time. Sometimes they cancel 2 or 3 appointments before they end up seeing me. Dr. Yuvienco prescribed me a medication that must be preapproved and it is the pharmacy's job to get it done. Weeks go by and I phone the pharmacy. They say they have contacted Yuvienco's office for the info they need to submit the preauthorization FIVE TIMES and they have not had any response from her office. Mean... read more
I've been a patent there for years and it really sucks there. Appointments are canceled and they dont call u. They schedule me a year later when I'm supposed to be seen every 5 months they told me just go to ER if ur in pain. I hate this place they dont care if I'm in serve pain and cant work. They wait to be seen is very long and when dr goes in she only in there like 5 min.
