"Candice Marois"..AVOID THIS WOMAN. She took my appointment and kept me waiting for an hour. Her office confirmed my appointment two days before. I arrived at the time they wanted. Sitting and sitting. I asked when I will be seen. They said shortly. No one explained her whereabouts. I walked out in disgust, after 1 hour. I doubt she was even in the building! I never received a call from her apologizing, following this encounter. UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was originally a patient of Candy’s in 2017/2018. I recently became a patient again in 2022 - the care and listening skills she has now is as if I’m seeing a whole new person. I was prescribed Lexapro and it started making me feel unwell. When reaching out to her office to try and get my appointment moved up I was told she was going on vacation and that my appointment would actually have to be moved back. Have been on hold for an hour waiting to get an appointment it's ridiculous I like candice but when your in severe pain and they don't answer their phones go to emergency room at least your seen quicker than trying to get through the office. Thinking it's time to find a new dr. Since I have several issues.
