I've been a customer of State Farm for about 30 years, mostly with Candice's office. I've worked a lot with Jessica and others over the years. The staff, particularly Jessica, have been very helpful and professional at all times and provide very prompt and practical responses to make decisions over the years. Whenever premiums change, they can provide particular reasons why they went up/down. We've insured multiple cars, homes, umbrella, etc. over the years with this office. I cannot say enough good things about the support I have gotten through this State Farm office. Tim was especially helpful! I sent him a quick email over the weekend and by Monday morning at 9:30am he had already made the updates I needed. It's really great (and rare) to have such a responsive and supportive office when dealing with insurance.
