3 stars because they had the 8ft flatbed I needed and got it done in a week, bed is mounted correctly, and straight , the wiring job is messy and not professional looking, the filler neck is backpitched, more than it needed to be, clamps on filler they broke and left, supposedly undercoating the frame, hit it with black spray paint where it was convenient, and didn't install resistors into the turn signal wiring so they were hyper flashing and job was more than quoted
What a horrible experience.... I was selling a plow that was purchased from Candia Trailers a few years ago. I had followed their instructions as to what they needed me to provide to them via email. I called a day later to follow up, and was greeted via phone call by a VERY unpleasant woman. She couldn't have shown any more disgust that she had to take my phone call and have a conversation with me..... from the second that she answered the phone.
