I've been living at one of their condos in Clareview for about 2 years now, and I am really growing tired of the management here. You have to pay $30 just to get your name on the intercom list, the parking arrangements they made last year was just terrible (They arranged it by picking names out of a hat; that's what I was told when I phoned in) My parking spot which I had before was perfect; I was promised storage cage by the real estate people. If I would have had to have time, I would have never rented through this company. At the time I was desperate to not be homeless when I came across a townhouse that I loved through this company. It was fairly priced and was cozy for the kids and I. Flash forward to a year later, they never want to fix anything on time for anyone. You have to harass them to have anything done. I moved in with my ceiling fan in my bathroom not working and the cover was never on to which they still have not replaced. There was light bulbs missi... read more

I BOUGHT a unit in the Clarehaven condos. Worst company ever, never buy with them. They cut down entirely our trees from our backyard without asking us. The condo streets are all damaged and full with holes. We pay 300 dollars a month for them to do things nobody asks for but don’t fix the real issues. Never buy with them worst management ever, it’s so hard to contact them and they don’t answer.
