If you want to work with people who dont return your calls and emails, even when you send them video and photo evidence of floodings in your basement, choose candema. Gross negligence is an understatement. Also, NEVER make any after hour emergency calls to them. They slap you with a bill of thousands of dollars. Go through your insurance.

Comically inept company. They forgot to attach my drain pipe after putting up new siding and did nothing to fix the issue so my basement flooded. I had my insurance company fix the damages and now candema is stating that there was never an issue with the drain pipe (even though I have hundreds of videos and photos and my insurance company has them listed as the faulty party). My condo had a different property management company two years ago and I miss them. They are called candema because you are condemned to a life of mise... read more

I've been living at one of their condos in Clareview for about 2 years now, and I am really growing tired of the management here. You have to pay $30 just to get your name on the intercom list, the parking arrangements they made last year was just terrible (They arranged it by picking names out of a hat; that's what I was told when I phoned in) My parking spot which I had before was perfect; I was promised storage cage by the real estate people.
