Always waiting – I really enjoyed seeing Dr Jose, however, the appointments were never on time. In the year I saw him, I had one on time appointment (I saw him 3 times a week, which dwindled to 2 times a week and finally once a week). I usually waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to see him (for a 2 minute adjustment). This was very frustrating to me. I also never was updated on my back's improvement, though every time I saw the Dr he'd ask if I had any questions. It took 4 separate visits to finally get an xray.

reception staff needs help – I'm sorry I cannot rate the chiropratic service because I have not been able to get past his recption staff. They are so unprofessional, seems like they are high school students in training. Usually have no problem with youth workers. But the office manager never returned my calls, I never got confirmation call for my booked appointment, staff did not follow up with my primary physician for referral and patient file and told me I needed to do all of that. Best Doctor I know of that sincerely cares for your health – I highly recommend Rise chiropractic to everyone. Dr Jose sincerely cares for both me and my wife and takes the time to genuinely inquire how we are mentally and physically. I immediately felt better after just my first visit, and my wife has made drastic progress after her car accident in 2007. We are customers for life.
