Very disappointed been ordering cakes here for 18 yrs , cake was extremely dry. Lately they have been slacking idk if they are just getting lazy or what but its not the same. :/

I usually make my own cakes for my families birthdays and anniversaries. Sometimes, I get lazy and I just don't want to bake and that's where Iris comes in to save the day! I've used her, off and on, for 8 years now and I have never been disappointed. You MUST try her strawberry cake at least once! My fave!
Iris & Candelaria's bakery is hands down THE BEST BAKERY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! I came to Iris & Candelaria's on a recommendation and I'm so glad I went with her. The cake was perfection. I came in with a vision & the Candelaria's team exceeded my expectation. Not only did the cake look perfect, it tasted phenomenal! The cake was delivered perfectly all the way to my venue in Mansfield, Tx. Thank you so much Iris for making mine & my husbands day that much better! You have gained a loyal customer :)
