Customer service still terrible nothing changes, I keep calling to confirm an appointment that the Doctor gave me and their system call me to make an appointment asap but this front desk customer service keeps putting me on hold when they answer when they don't answer I stayed on the phone for more than an hour and had to hung up, last time I called and no answer I drove over there and the phone still ringing and they just ignore it, You Ladies on the front desk should consider another job. because at this you are the worst
