My experience was excellent regarding all of the categories listed above.
This was an annual fasting appt. to check my TSH/thyroid levels, A1C, and Vit. D levels, as well as a short overall checkup with my Primary Care Physician/Family Dr. From the front desk staff, to the nurse taking weight, Blood Pressure et al, to the doctor himself-- all were great: friendly, professional, caring, and efficient. Dr Swayne is the best doc around. He genuinely cares about his patient's health.
The wait time was longer than normal. How ever, I was not surprised as I had an afternoon appointment and doctors do have emergencies. It was as long as I had anticipated. The nurse was very personable as well as knowledgeable. Dr/ Swayne was his usual self. he was attentive and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He had comforting words when I expressed a disappointing fact. I would recommend Dr. Swayne to anyone, His demeanor is so calm and easy-going. He puts me at ease no matter the reason for the visit..
I was really impressed with Dr. David Swayne with his professionalism. He listen to my needs and was really concerned about my welfare. He explained a lot about shot in detail and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this physician as he does care about his patients. Not pushy like some doctors that I have seen in the past. I am glad I found this Doctor and very concern person. Thank you Dr. Swayne!
