Dr. Cooper is a great doctor that listens and helps a great deal. Very grateful I found her. The whole staff is very nice and courteous.
Cooper should not be practicing medicine. During my visit, she was dismissive, curt, and clinically disengaged. She conducted an inadequate examination and demonstrated no meaningful concern for patient care. Her demeanor was cold, unprofessional, and indifferent throughout the appointment. As a result, I was forced to seek evaluation from another physician to receive appropriate medical attention. This was the most detached and negligent treatment I have ever experienced in a clinical setting.
One of the worst medical experiences I’ve had. Candace was dismissive, rude, and clearly uninterested in patient care. She spent almost no time with me and offered no meaningful attention or concern. There were things written in my summary visit notes that didn’t happen. Tests were ordered that I was not made aware of. I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.
Great doctor and gives enough time to listen to patient
In my personal opinion, this was one of the worst medical experiences we’ve ever had with any provider. Candace displayed a consistently rude attitude, frequently rolling her eyes and dismissing concerns. She does not seem to listen, often interrupts, and shows little to no patience with children. Our loved one left feeling unsafe, uncomfortable, and anxious about even returning.
