A group of coworkers rented the party room for a retirement celebration. Great food and the wait staff was awesome!

Huge THANK YOU to Cancun for being so wonderful to accommodate our request to puree my dad's food. Wasn't expecting it, but asked nonetheless and they willingly pureed his enchiladas, carne guisada, rice and beans. My dad was able to enjoy a great meal with us and be able to actually eat with us. Something he can't do at most places because pureeing isn't part of the deal. We've always liked Cancun on Yorktown and now we love them. BTW, their chicken enchiladas are the best. We eat there quite often but the service is getting worse everytime we go. This past Sunday we had 16 people and we had to get our own menus. Had to ask several times before they took drink orders. Needless to say we were fixing to leave before they came to take our orders. If the service continues to be bad we will be going somewhere else and take our $180 to another restaurant. The food is usually good.
We eat there a lot after mass on Sunday. We usually have a large group and it seems like they are overwhelmed with a large group. Yesterday we had to get our own menus and were thinking about leaving before they even came to take our drink order. If the service continues to be bad, then we will find a new place that can handle 16 people and our $180 bill.
If these waitress and waiters would help each other out it would make our vistas more pleasant. when I have to get my own menus and request someone to take our order just for drinks 4 times,I shouldn't have to do that when you have 3 waitress standing in a corner talking and laughing and charge us for things we didn't order, that's not ok!
Everyone is very nice and the food is fantastic a five star rating every time I go eat there
