I was referred to Canco Climate Care from a good friend. I needed a new furnace, humidifier and hot water heater. When i called the office the ladies were very efficient, friendly, and professional. We contracted Canco ClimateCare to do a conversion from a wall-hung boiler to a forced air gas furnace and gas hot water tank. We had 4 different companies come to do quotes for us. Canco was so far ahead in terms of comprehensive review, offerings, and professionalism that frankly, it was no contest. Canco has been servicing our home furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers and hot water tanks for 15 years. We've always received excellent service as well as new installs when the appliances came to end of life. This past week Adam Conner, the Service Tech, performed the scheduled maintenance and took the time to answer questions about the systems. Great service with a smile on his face.
I called a couple of weeks ago to set up a date and time for our annual furnace and gas fireplace inspection/cleaning. First off, the girl on the phone was awesome! Very friendly, and within minutes, I had a date and time booked. They also sent a very handy text message that would remind me.
