Larry and Alex came to install our new fireplace today and they performed with the utmost professionalism and care. They laid down runners to protect the floor, vacuumed inside the fireplace before replacing it with the new one and also vacuumed when they were done. They explained everything to me in regards to the remote and how the heating works. 10/10 would recommend Canco especially with Alex and Larry as their service team.
We have depended on Canco ClimateCare for our furnace and gas fireplace for over 20 years and they have never let us down. They are reliable and provide excellent service both in sales and installation. Larry and Alex did a wonderful job installing a new gas fireplace insert for us recently. When recognizing that one of the logs was not up to standard, they quickly replaced it. Working with Will in sales was a complete pleasure. I would highly recommend Canco ClimateCare to my friends and family.
