Kelsie and Katrina have been so amazing. They’ve made this transition so easy. Every time I call they’re there to answer any questions I have. They are very thorough and explaining and doing a price breakdown. Highly recommend these apartments and let’s not talk about how beautiful the apartment is in itself. Thank you again ladies for all your help. You’ve been amazing.
I happily moved into Rio Cancion Luxury Apartments in October 2025. Kelsey showed me around and gave my family and I a tour of the community. She is a professional, friendly and honest person. I really feel that if it wasn’t for her I would have never moved here. This Apartment community is so nice and quiet. The staff do their best in keeping the grounds clean and presentable. Everyone that works here including maintenance deserve 5 stars.
Mixed Experience – Great Maintenance but Serious Roach Infestation
Melissa at the leasing office went way beyond to help us move We had a tough experience during our move, she relocated us in a furnished apartment, help us moving our stuff, made sure that we are comfortable. She is an excellent employee! 5 stars
