Mixed Experience – Great Maintenance but Serious Roach Infestation
Melissa at the leasing office went way beyond to help us move We had a tough experience during our move, she relocated us in a furnished apartment, help us moving our stuff, made sure that we are comfortable. She is an excellent employee! 5 stars
Employee comes up to me (young and Hispanic) and asks me and no one else if me and my friends. (Young and Hispanic) stole items from his truck. When I talked to management (Katrina) about it they were dismissive and believed his side as he claimed that he only asked me if I saw anything. It wasn’t till I showed them an audio recording of him saying that they believed me. Still haven’t apologized or done anything 2+ weeks out.
