I hate to make this negative review, but as a doctor myself, I think the way Alliance Cancer Care treats cancer patients is quite inexcusable. My wife set up an appointment for my 86 yr. old mother, who has stage 4 cancer, and the scheduler confirmed that they accepted Medicare. My wife explained that my mother was currently on a set cancer treatment, was visiting us for an extended period from out-of-state, and was only in need of a pet scan to see if the cancer had progressed (which her regular out-of-state doctor requeste... read more
Dr Arcelara is very attentive to patient needs and adapts when necessary as with me. I was diagnosed with colon cancer but had a heart attack which required a stent - my treatment was adjusted to take account of this and I was taken to the ER with blood infection, Dr Arcelara came to check my progress several times and is obviously very caring. He is highly regarded by all in the hospital without reserve. I like him a lot.
