Wonderful nurses and staff. Very caring and helpful all the way through.
The staff and doctor are very kind. The health evaluation and information shared was complete and thorough. I could not give a 5 star review for two reasons: 1.) I waited an hour to be seen including the 15 mins I was asked to arrive early for paperwork (which I completed with in 5 mins). 2.) The nursing assistant was in training. Her trainer and her entered the room and closed the door. Neither of them introduced themselves. They are always quick and friendly
Great appointment and didn’t have to wait long to be seen.
A service the local community needs is still provided for here, but Adventist has not followed thru on it promise to improve the care here. They lost the Oncologist & haven’t replace that Dr. Luckily the staff is extremely well trained, experienced, & patient focused. It appears that Adventist is more focused on increasing their over the hill facilities than serving the medical needs here.
